The problem with organic cotton clothing is that not enough people have demanded it. While the movement is picking up, only when people demand high quality, organic cotton clothing, will the mass producers of chemically enhanced clothes lower. Only when these non organic producers change their methods of growing and treating cotton, will the impact of the damage caused to the environment be lessened.

When you own organic cotton clothes, you will want to make sure that you are only using natural cleaning products with your cotton clothing. Cotton will bond with many substances and hold residue in the fiber of the threads. When you use natural cleaning products, you will know that you won’t be wearing any additional chemicals. The average person consumes a great deal of non natural chemicals on a daily basis, so removing exposure to these chemicals as often as you can is important for preventing cancer and maintaining the environment.

Wearing organic cotton clothing is only the beginning. From your clothes, you can adjust to eating organic foods and using natural cleaning products in efforts of living a green lifestyle.

Remember, eating organic foods does not give any additional health benefits from eating other vegetables. You only lower the amount of trace chemicals introduced into your system as well as prevent excess chemicals from being dumped into the environment.

Old Landing
The Old Landing is located at Highway 101 & Dover
Drive. Established in 1870, the Old Landing was
designated to be a new port by the McFaddens, who
went on to establish a shipping service in the area
of Newort. Now, there’s a bridge and highway on
an area of teh site. The remaining area of the
Old Landing is vacant.

Those of you who want to visit the past, shouldn’t hesitate
to visit the Balboa Pavilion, which was built in 1904. The
Pavilion houses many dances, and still proves to be an
inspiring Victorian structure - even to this very day.
